You can enjoy it is a warm milky drink. This is super easy to make yourself from only 6 ingredients.
vegan, dairy-free, nut-free, gluten-free
1 1/2 cm of fresh turmeric
1 1/2 cm of fresh ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3 caraway seeds
1 Tbsp maple syrup
500 ml dairy-free milk of your choice
Grate the turmeric and ginger then combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Strain and enjoy!
Step 1 - Place the knobs of turmeric, ginger and the caraway seeds in the bowl with the lid on and blitz for 5 seconds on speed 7.
Step 2 - Scrape down the sides and add the milk, cinnamon and maple syrup and heat for
5 minutes/ 95C/Sp 2. Strain and enjoy!
