Transitions - Managing the Resolution Slide


Transitions. Are you wanting to make a go of moving in a better direction? Did you make some New Year’s Resolutions that have been trickier to commit to than you thought? Life is messy. No one has arrived. We are all working towards a better......fill in the blank. But if your ‘blank’ is a new healthier body/mind/spirit, I want to encourage you to keep taking those steps forward no matter how many steps you take back.


Keep facing in the right direction. A proverb reads 📖 “Though a righteous person falls seven times, he will get up”. Those resolutions were ‘right’eous. Those plans you made to change some habits are still fantastic ideas. A stumble in your new plans should not mean you give them up. Small steps can lead to big wins.


What is success but a series of small steps! So if exercising has taken a back seat because you are lacking the motivation or time - just 10 mins (even less)🤸‍♀️🏃‍♂️ can jump start your body and clear your head. If overhauling your diet seems overwhelming right now - just start with one plant based meal 🥗 and within hours you are changing your body for the better. And be grateful for the wins 🙋🏻‍♀️
