
Mango Chia Smoothie

Vegan, Dairy-Free
serves 2
Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen banana
2 cups dairy free milk of your choice
2 Tbsp of plant-based vanilla protein powder
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp chia
Method:
1. In a small bowl, add 2Tbsp chia seeds into ½ cup of water. Give it a good whisk, until thoroughly combined. Cover and let set in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
2. Put all ingredients into your blender & blend until smooth.
(Thermomix method: 30sec/Sp 10)
3. Serve & drink immediately!
*Chia is packed full of nutrition, particularly Omega-3 fatty acids and a large dose of fibre.
