Need some lunchbox ideas? I'd like to give a shout out to Shelli who asked for some inspiration. For most of us the holidays are only a memory *collective sigh*.` We are back to work or school and need to get organised with packing healthy lunches. The key to staying committed to a healthy eating plan is being organised. You need to make it easy on yourself by having healthy options easily on hand or you will be tempted to snack from the 'top draw pantry' at work. So here is the first of 5 lunchbox gems to help you keep your tastebuds happy and you on track.


Anybody love the crunchy goodness of granola?! This recipe could be made baked like the kind you sprinkle on yoghurt or smoothie bowls, or rolled in a ball for a delectable healthy snack.

Send portions in small containers in your lunchboxes for a crunchy snack, or, if you'd prefer the chewy, sweet, nutty bliss balls - roll an 1/8th cup portion in your hands - makes about 15.
