HOW DOES IT WORK?
Starting today you will receive access to the members-only site. There is a welcome
page with all the downloads you will need; including a Meal Plan Recipes eBook,
shopping lists, and Week at a Glance page. As a group, we will start together on Sunday, 2nd February - however, you can go at your own pace if you choose. You will also see the links to each week of the program with corresponding video tutorials and online recipes so that you do not need to print anything if you choose. You will also receive a link via email to the online group chat to help keep each other motivated and your questions answered by Kylie daily. Each tutorial is yours to keep and you’ll be able to refer back to it whenever you want. And if you miss a tutorial or are too busy to get to it, each tutorial will conveniently remain in your account so you won’t have to search for it when you’re ready to get back to it.

FAQs
*Is it ok if I don’t start on day 1?
Yes, this is a self-paced course and you can access the information at any time that
suits you.
*How much time will the courses take each week?
The video tutorials for the week can be watched at a time that is convenient for you.
They are between 15 and 30 minutes each and there are one or two each week. The
cooking for your meals will require approximately one hour per day. However, take note
of the batch cooking notes on the Week At A Glance and you will save more time in
preparation.
*Can I join your course from anywhere in the world?
Yes. You can join from anywhere in the world. All the information is available online and
can be accessed from any computer and at a time that suits you.
*Can I access my course on my mobile phone?
Yes. The course is available on mobile, laptop and computer.
*What ingredients do I need and will they be difficult to find?
All of the ingredients will be available from your local supermarket or health food store.
*I don’t use Facebook, can I still take part in a course?
Yes. All of your course material is available inside your member's site. If you do not have
a Facebook account, you may decide to open a Facebook account just for the purpose
of interacting with other members of the course and to communicate with the course
creator, Kylie. However, all vital information is available apart from the Facebook group.
*Do I need to take supplements?
As with all of us who are careful to get optimal nutrition, there are some vitamins that
plant-based eaters need to be mindful of. It is recommended that you supplement Vit
B12 and Vit D. The Vegan Society has created an affordable supplement called ‘VEG-1’
which includes these vitamins and other important nutrients. It is available globally and

*Will I lose weight on this course?
The program has been designed for you to lose weight. If you follow the Week At A
Glance meal plans, they have been designed with balanced nutrition and a calorie/kj
deficit for the average person’s level of activity. Results will vary from person to person.
Weight loss is possible without feeling like you are hungry all the time. The beauty of
eating for gut health is that you can lose weight while being rewarded by your gut with
feeling satisfied and without feeling deprived.
*Can I follow the course if I do not wish to lose weight? And can I cook for my
family with these recipes?
Yes. If your intention is simply to learn how to start and continue a plant-based journey,
then you can simply follow the recipes and increase the portions by 25-30%.
While this course does include portion sizing it also focuses on a balanced and varied
wholefood plant-based diet. I f you are cooking for others who are not intending to lose
weight, simply increase their portions by 25-30%.
*Who is the course NOT suitable for?
There is much research to suggest that a whole-food plant-based diet aids in avoiding
and reversing many lifestyle diseases like type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and certain
cancers. However, if you are currently on medication please work with your own doctor
during and after the Plant Powered Gut Health course. If you have any long-term health conditions or any specific health concerns, we advise you to consult with your own healthcare professional before signing up.
